Matters of Copyright
All information, content, services and software displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with the Site (with the exception of User Content as defined below), including but not limited to images, guides, text, photographs, audio clips, video, html, source and object code, illustrations, trademarks, logos, and the like (collectively, the “Content”), as well as its selection and arrangement, is owned by 0mls.ca Inc. and/or its licensors and suppliers.
You may not scrape or otherwise copy our Content without our permission. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Site nor to insert any code or product or manipulate the Content or the Site in any way, and not to use any mining, data gathering or extraction method.
You may not republish any portion of the Content on any Internet, Intranet, extranet site or any other publication or incorporate the Content in any database, compilation, archive, cache, or similar medium. You may not distribute any Content to others, whether or not for payment or other consideration, and you may not archive, modify, copy, frame, cache, reproduce, sell, publish, transmit, display or otherwise use any portion of the Content.

0mls.ca products or services mentioned on our website are made available in accordance with local laws and only where they may be lawfully offered. Some services may be delivered differently than described on the website and may be adapted in order to meet enabling regulatory, legislative or compliance frameworks.

What we do
0mls.ca is a real estate platform that caters to private sellers who wish to advertise their private sales to a wider audience. We provide services to our users directly. In some instances, third-party vendors do provide services to our users. These services are not delivered by us.
What we don’t do
We do not trade in real estate or provide real estate advice or deliver any services that would require a license. 0mls.ca is not a real estate broker or agent. We represent neither buyers nor sellers. 0mls.ca assumes no responsibility for any result or consequence related directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that consumers or users take based on the service we provide or any other information available through or in connection with our service.
Our Terms of Use can change
At 0mls.ca we’re forever improving our services to meet the needs of our users better. Our Terms of Use and the specific design of our services may change as they often do. When we make changes that may affect our users, we will bring it to their attention as soon as possible, whether by email, posting a notice on our platform, a telephone call and/or by any other means we deem appropriate.
If you disagree with the new Terms of Use, you may reject them, but that could mean that you’ll no longer be able to use the Service in part or in whole. If you use the Services in any way after a change has been made to the Terms of Use, that means you have agreed to those changes.
0mls.ca’s Advertising Agreement
Aside from the Terms of Use published here, 0mls.ca users who advertise properties on our platform adhere to more specific Terms and Conditions that govern the different aspects of our services. Amendments or modifications to our Terms and Conditions will need to be accepted by both parties in writing or by electronic means in accordance with our electronic communication policy, which is also outlined within the Terms of Conditions of the 0mls.ca Advertising Agreement.
Account Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. When you register for an account, you will be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your email address or other contact information. You agree that all information that you provide is accurate and that we have permission to contact you and or add you to our mailing list, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have not previously owned an account that has been suspended or removed from the platform c) you are solely responsible for control and care of your account and that you are responsible for all actions taken via your account.
Personal Use
We’ve created a dedicated messaging platform that only our registered users can access. Our messaging platform is designed to serve legitimate user interactions that include but are not limited to asking questions about properties, exchanging property details, setting up appointments, and requesting showings.
Commercial Solicitation (anti-spam)
In order to protect the integrity of our platform, we strictly prohibit commercial solicitations of any kind and further prohibit all other interactions that are deemed, in our sole discretion, not to meet the purpose of our messaging system.
We reserve the right to interrupt messaging at any moment, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We also, on a best-effort basis, proactively monitor our platform for suspicious activity or abuse and will take action to terminate a user’s access or suspend or remove such messages. We assume no responsibility for prejudice or inconvenience resulting from the termination, interruption or removal of these messages.
Content of Advertisement
Users who advertise their property are solely responsible for the character and content of their advertisement, including, without limitation, all text, pictures, illustrations and representations. You represent and warrant to 0mls.ca that your advertisement shall not impair, infringe upon or give rise to any adverse claim with respect to any common law, statutory or other rights of any person, including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, patent, literary, dramatic, artistic, right of privacy or publicity, property right or contractual right, and shall not contain any materials which are libellous, slanderous or defamatory to any person. 0mls.ca reserves the right to reject any advertisement that it deems, in its sole discretion, offensive, adverse to the public interest, objectionable or adverse to its commercial interests.
Notice on the usage of Badges
Private sellers who advertise their property on 0mls.ca in certain circumstances have badges <icons> or other <visual indicators> activated as part of their advertising service. The meaning of those badges is as follows:
Pro Priced:
Pro Priced signifies that the advertiser has had professional help in establishing their asking price. The display of the Price Verified badge DOES NOT IMPLY, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE that the advertised property is actually worth the advertised price. Users are encouraged to seek out independent advice regarding the value of any property that is advertised on 0mls.ca, whether or not the Pro Priced badge is made visible or not.
Pro:
0mls.ca does not validate the details found within advertisements in whole or in part. Users agree to indemnify and defend 0mls.ca for any liability arising out of incorrect or falsely advertised content. 0mls.ca shall not be liable for any errors appearing in any user’s property advertisement. 0mls.ca shall not be liable for any loss of profit or other indirect or consequential loss arising, or alleged to have arisen, in connection with any actions taken or not taken based on the information contained in the advertisement.
Errors within a property advertisement
0mls.ca does not validate that the details found within advertisements in whole are in part. Users agree to indemnify and defend 0mls.ca for any liability arising out of incorrect or falsely advertised content. 0mls.ca shall not be liable for any errors appearing in any user’s property advertisement. 0mls.ca shall not be liable for any loss of profit or other indirect or consequential loss arising, or alleged to have arisen, in connection with any actions taken or not taken based on the information contained in the advertisement.
Warranty and disclaimers
0mls.ca services, tools, communication and digital protocols, third-party connectivity and other information and materials that may be presented or shared during your use of the service, whether directly or indirectly, are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. 0mls.ca does not guarantee any results by using the whole or parts of the service. When you use the 0mls.ca service, you are accessing them at your own discretion and at your own risk, your furthermore waive all claims relating to any damage or loss caused by your use of the system.
Fraud & Scam Awareness
Though we do our best to prevent misuse of our platform, unfortunately, some people may choose to misuse our platform. Today, scams are getting more and more sophisticated, and because of this, it is important that you use your utmost caution in order to avoid falling victim to a scam. Communication Policy and Notice of Communication Monitoring and Recording
Communication across the 0mls.ca platform is monitored and recorded in order to ensure we’re delivering a service that is aligned with our service standards. Such recordings or monitoring help us resolve certain disputes that may arise or for quality assurance and training purposes. When users communicate with us or with each other over our platform, which could include but is not limited to the submission of email, telephone, live chat text or through other communication services or protocols (“Communication Mediums”) – you consent to the recording and monitoring of the same. You also accept that we may contact you through these same communication mediums anytime at our sole discretion, albeit that you may unsubscribe your acceptance of these terms at any time by following our easy-to-use unsubscribe directions. Data security
0mls.ca employs technologies and security protocols, and frameworks to secure user data and transmissions of information across our platform. But because of how the internet works – we cannot make any assurances or warranties that certain transmissions cannot somehow be intercepted by others.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Third-Party Services
Certain aspects of the Services include third-party tools that are subject to additional third-party terms. If you choose to use these services, you must accept the Terms and Conditions if you choose to utilize those specific services.

Specific Guidance for users
Race, Color, Ethnicity, National Origin, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Religion or Marital Status
0mls.ca users should contact our customer service department if they have any questions about their obligations to comply with our Nondiscrimination Policy. Users who disrupt our community by making other users feel unwelcome may have their user account suspended.
0mls.ca users may not:
- Impose any different terms or conditions based on race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status.
- Post any statements that discourage or indicate a preference for or against any user based on race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status.
- Make any statement that discourages or indicates a preference for or against any guest based on gender.
- Decline to interact or impose any different terms or conditions or decline interactions based on another user’s age or familial status, or disabilities.
What happens when a user does not comply with our policies in this area?
If a particular listing contains language contrary to this nondiscrimination policy, the user will be asked to remove the language and affirm his or her understanding and intent to comply with this policy and its underlying principles. 0mls.ca may also, at its discretion, take steps up to and including suspending the user from the platform.
Personal protection of self and property
0mls.ca provides services and tools that help facilitate communication between users. We do not do background checks on users to determine the authenticity of the user. Users are solely responsible for their personal safety and for the protection of their personal property when interacting with other users over the platform or in person.
Third-Party Services
By purchasing the 0mls.ca’s service, you may be eligible to receive a coordinated suite of services that may include services which are delivered by Third-Party Service Providers and not by 0mls.ca. Though 0mls.ca makes it convenient for users to connect with such Third-Party Service Providers, we are not responsible for and do not warrant the work or services that may be delivered by such Third-Party Service Providers over our platform or directly to you.
Photos & Images
You acknowledge and agree that in the scenario where photos and/or images were taken by or created by 0mls.ca or its affiliates, these photos and/or images are owned by 0mls.ca. These images cannot be reproduced, republished, repurposed or otherwise used without the express written permission of 0mls.ca.
Unauthorized Third-Party Linkage
Only authorized and approved parties are permitted to link to or from the 0mls.ca platform. Unauthorized inbound or outbound links to or from the 0mls.ca platform, from any page, hyperlink, or other linking mechanism, may be disabled or blocked at our sole discretion. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the cancellation of your advertisement.
Third-party advertisements and links
The 0mls.ca website may include advertisements and links to third-party sites. You should review any applicable terms or privacy policies of a third-party site before using it or sharing information because you may give the third-party permission to use your information in ways we would not. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any features, content, advertising, products, services or other materials on or available from third parties or their sites.
Language
Users accept that these terms of use, as well as all other documents relating to the service hereto, including notices, have been and shall be drawn up in the English language only.
